| ABOUT US |
CAN USA (CAN) pioneered offshore rope access in the Gulf as a cost-effective alternative to
scaffolding, making it a trusted access solution.
In 2022, CAN was challenged to explore drones as an alternative to traditional rope-access methods. Rather
than simply relying on established practices, we embraced the opportunity and developed a pioneering remote inspection program-one
that has positioned CAN at the forefront of the industry.
As Inspection demand expands, CAN will evolve, with the latest
evolution providing UAV and robotic services, strengthening our
capability to support client assets across their full lifecycle.
Today, CAN operates one of the largest and most active offshore drone
inspection programs in the world, continuing to advance inspection technology every day. By 2025, we had increased completed inspections
by 3,377% compared with 2022. This extraordinary growth is highlighted in our Ropes to Rotors exhibit.
CAN continues to challenge traditional approaches, to work
smarter - improving safety, reducing risk, and providing proven
success for our clients. |

| OUR HISTORY |
Originally founded over 40 years ago in Aberdeen, Scotland, the CAN Group provides an integrated range of inspection, repair, and
maintenance services to a wide range of industries: oil, construction, civil engineering, energy, marine, and structural maintenance.
Founded in 1996, CAN USA introduced rope access offshore to the Gulf as a more cost-effective alternative to
traditional scaffolding access and became a tried, tested and trusted method of access.
In 2002, Houston CAN opened a branch office in Deer Park, Texas to meet the demands of an ever-growing market.
From this office we can meet the demands of the oil and gas industry in Texas and the western Gulf of Mexico. The Houston office was relocated to LaPorte, Texas in 2011.
In 2003, CAN opened a branch office in Hackensack, New Jersey. From this office we can meet the demands of the
northeast for Petrochemical industries as well as civil structural inspections and geotechnical. An additional office was opened in
New York, New York in 2022. |
